Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at SND Group and Chief Marketing Officer at Om Industries, Jay has extensive experience in the development of global sales and manufacturing of both finished dosage pharmaceuticals and APIs.

He has worked with Chinese, European, and Indian suppliers, developing an unparalleled network of reliable producers that allows him to access several products with diverse regulatory compliances.

Gary’s passion as an executive and serial entrepreneur is overcoming difficult multi-dimensional healthcare technology and access challenges through creatively integrating a deep and diverse life-sciences business, operations, and legal background. He has dedicated his 30-year career and broad scientific, IP, operational, legal/regulatory, and commercial expertise to bringing medical products to market, especially in women’s health. He has served as an executive and trusted advisor to a range of companies, foundations, research organizations and NIH agencies, investors and companies focused on developing new products and improving healthcare for all. Gary was a key founding member and Chief Strategy Officer of Afaxys Inc, a transformative mission-centric women’s health company, driving it from concept to success as the largest provider of contraceptive products to the board public health community. He was attorney in the FDA/Life Sciences of a multinational law firm, a scientific reviewer with FDA and research scientist. He has served on a range of scientific and advisory boards, including at the NIH-NICHD, the Gary Michaelson Foundation, and the Alliance for Contraception in Cats & Dogs. He also is member of the Licensing Executives Society. In addition to his legal degree, he has undergraduate and graduate degrees in biochemistry and applied molecular biology.

Currently serving as the Director of S&D Chemicals Ltd, Sudhir has been associated with the company for more than 26 years. As the Country Head and Indian Director, he was responsible for setting up the company's liaison office and later the branch office in Mumbai, India. His contribution to the overall profitability of the office and his ability to meet all regulatory and statutory requirements of the country has made him a trusted leader within the organization.

Sudhir's experience in business development activities, including sales into India of various pharma raw materials and intermediate chemicals, has helped S&D Chemicals Ltd establish a strong presence in the market. Moreover, his expertise in sourcing pharma APIs and specialty chemicals for overseas customers has been crucial to the company's success.
